Hi There! I am a registered dietitian and a certified intuitive eating counselor who takes a non-diet approach. I am passionate about helping active college, and high school students eat enough throughout the day to feel their best physically and mentally. And how to eat without stress and anxiety around their food choices. I use the intuitive eating framework to help students tune into body signals of hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. As well as knowing when to be practical, such as eating something even though you might not “feel hungry,” but it has been a while since you last ate or you are heading to practice or class, and this is the only time to eat for a few hours.
